Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

Image Rights
Use for Promotional and Internal Media. During and after the Term, Legendary Athletes, LLC may use or display Registrant’s name, voice, likeness, image, appearance, and biographical information in any medium, including pictures, photographs, audio and video recordings, and digital images, for marketing or promotional materials, or for Legendary Athletes’ internal use.
Release from Liability. By registering for an account with Legendary Athletes, LLC, registrant hereby waives and releases Legendary Athletes, LLC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, and licensees from any Actions or liabilities under any legal or equitable theory during or after the Term of this agreement, arising out of Legendary Athletes’, its directors’, officers’, employees’, agents’, representatives’, and licensees’ exercise of their rights to use Registrant’s image under paragraph [USE FOR PROMOTIONAL AND INTERNAL MEDIA] directly above.
Express Written Consent to receive SMS Messages
By registering for an account with Legendary Athletes, LLC, and by the Registrant providing his/her mobile phone number, Registrant hereby proactively provides Express Written Consent to receive SMS messages from Legendary Athletes; not to exceed 4 messages per month. Text messages from Legendary Athletes will typically serve to provide marketing, education, and/or reminders to our Registrants, designed to enhance the user experience and/or results with the Legendary Athletes program. Registrants will ALWAYS have the right to opt out of receiving SMS messages from Legendary Athletes by texting STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL in response to any received SMS Message.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Legendary Athletes and its licensors.
Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Legendary Athletes.
Legendary Athletes has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Legendary Athletes shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Performance Psychology
Legendary Athletes understands that a confidential relationship between the Sport Psychology Consultant and the client is paramount to developing trust and a good working partnership. However, in this case where a minor is involved, the parents have discretion over that degree of confidentiality within the relationship. By accepting the Terms and Conditions herein, I /we agree to have Adam Heredia work with my son/daughter on issues related to performance enhancement. I/we agree that there will be a confidential relationship during the performance enhancement work and trust Adam Heredia to inform me of any important developments as it relates to my son /daughter.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
